Every moment of our life can be the beginning of great things… Joseph Pilates

I sat down at a desk at 18. At 51, I closed my work laptop for the last time, realising it was time to embark on a new chapter.

In May 2020, I underwent the first of six major abdominal surgeries. The ongoing treatments and procedures left me feeling broken, both physically and mentally. However, in September 2021, after my fourth operation, I rediscovered Pilates. My recovery journey was long, but now, at 52 years old, I am strong, fit, and happy, all thanks to my commitment to this practice.

I’m a certified STOTT PILATES® instructor in both Intensive Mat Plus and Intensive Reformer (Essential and Intermediate). STOTT PILATES® is a modern evolution of Joseph Pilates’ original method, focusing on strength, flexibility, and posture without adding strain to the body.

Through mindful movement and thoughtful instruction, I help people reconnect with their bodies and discover the many benefits of Pilates. Whether you’re returning from injury, just starting your fitness journey, or simply seeking a new way to move, pilates is for everyone.

I offer small group classes, private sessions, and duos in welcoming, relaxed settings. I would love to share the magic of Pilates with you.
